Job Description:


  1. Attend new Design Kick off, raise NCR in system, and give training to workers
  2. Coordination with inter departmental colleagues and Planning for achieving production plan.
  3. Risk / opportunities identification and mitigation plans / claim management
  4. Responsible for security at shop floor and manufacturing transformers as per latest revised drawings

Requirements:


  1. You should be a Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, have sufficient product knowledge and 2 to 3 years of industry experience.
  2. You should have Strong manpower handling, planning to meet target, job quality awareness, safety & housekeeping awareness, organizational skills,
  3. Pro-activeness, strong decision making, achieving productivity, documentation, a ownership, and soft skills.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to manage disciplines and productivity at shop floor.
