Job Description:

Plan Monitor and Coordinate the Electrical Maintenance Functions of Aux.

  1. ETPRO plant Admin building BRI Tow waste Brick plant & Godowns so as to ensure Optimum Production and delivery within target Cost and Quality with available resources.
  2. Ensure High level of Safe Operation in Electrical System to ensure Zero incidents.
  3. SAFETY: To plan the various safety initiates to create safe working condition & also meet the statutory compliances.
  4. QUALITY: Monitor & coordinate electrical maintenance activities of VSF plant so as to achieve optimum production loss & delivery within target cost & quality Parameters.
  5. UPKEEP: To Plan & monitor the upkeep of electrical equipment to ensure uninterrupted production/operations.
  6. DELIVERY: INNOVATION Upgrading the CVA through modernization & technological inputs-COST.
  7. To suggest & monitor cost reduction plan/measures.
  8. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: To enhance the knowledge & skills of team/subordinates.
  9. ENVIRONMENT: To suggest operational optimum parameters to control plant operation to meet all the environmental standards.
  10. Develop a culture of behavioral safety and to enhance the safety awareness through on job training, sharing of learning and will spell out Do’s & Don’ts.
  11. Changing the mindset of the workforce and preparing them to adopt business level Standards, Procedures, and World Class
  12. Safety Culture. Encouraging Team to identify and close all N/C’s. Implementation of unit-level safety rules, regulations and corrective measures to achieve Zero unsafe practices, condition & Accidents.
  13. To equip all with protective equipment.
  14. Accident analysis & implementation of identified corrective / preventive measures.
  15. As a Safety marshal meeting with all other safety, marshals to discuss the issues & CAPA.
  16. Following SO tour schedule & taking action to close all observations in the field as well as on “Enablon”.
  17. Ensure compliance of systems for LOTOTO, JSA, Tool Box Talk & PTW on daily basis.
  18. Coordination with external agencies for plant Hazop study and implementation of the action plan. Selection /
  19. Installation & Maintenance of Electrical types of equipment as per hazardous area classification.
