Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor/Master’s degree with CGPA 6 or 60% and above Candidates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience will be an advantage
Good communication and presentation skills (Additional language Spanish/French) Strong customer service skills. An effective team player. Excellent time management and workload planning skills. Adaptable and able to work under pressure.Strong analytical, organizational, project and process management skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Flexible to work in shifts (morning, afternoon and night)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  • Good to have prior working experience with ERP tools like SAP, CRM

Job Description:
  • Offer help to Regional/Global Sales and Marketing capacities 
  • Perform account setup exercises and refresh client data in CRM/SAP 
  • Planning of agreements and opportune audit and recharging 
  • Execute evaluating exercises and arrange with related gatherings 
  • Guarantee auspicious and faultless execution of invoicing exercises 
  • Give framework access to new clients and direct auspicious access survey 
  • Convey reports, measurements and stewardship and investigation to the Customer Service Association 
  • Create and keep up process archives 
  • Lead activities to enhance process adequacy and proficiency
